💰 Refund Policy

1. Service Nature

Due to the technical nature of BCM repairs, services are non-refundable once work has been completed.

2. No Fix, No Fee

If a unit is deemed unrepairable:

• No repair charge will be applied

• Return postage costs will still apply

3. Fault Reoccurrence

If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period:

• We will inspect and repair the unit free of charge

4. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Incorrect diagnosis by the customer

• Faults unrelated to the BCM

• Damage caused after return

• Installation errors

5. Cancellations

If a customer cancels after work has started, a diagnostic or labour fee may still be charged.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
